Tales of Bruss'Hell owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use for all elements accessible on the Site. All content available on the Site (texts, images, logos, downloadable documents, videos, graphics, icons, sounds, software, etc.) is protected by copyright, unless otherwise stated.

All costs relating to access to the Site, whether hardware, software or internet access costs, are exclusively the responsibility of the User who is solely responsible for their computer equipment as well as their internet access. However, Tales of Bruss'Hell cannot guarantee the permanent availability and accessibility of the Site.

As such, Tales of Bruss'Hell reserves the right to terminate, restrict, suspend or temporarily interrupt partial or total access to the Site, its features, or all or part of the services offered on the Site, at any time, without notice or compensation, for any reason whatsoever and in particular for technical maintenance reasons, in the event of a force majeure event or fortuitous event, computer problems, difficulties related to the structure of communication networks or any other technical difficulties.
